"To Him Who Sits Upon the Throne" is based upon Revelation 4:8-11 through 5:14. It's a vision of corporate worship, all nations and tribes, God in eternity. Musically, Jay Gentry's electric bass and Anthony Thompson's drumming drive Rick Carfa, Keith Lynch, and Tom's arrangement. This was an extensive post-production mostly finished by Tom and Keith Lynch.
